@treelines_northwest and I were eyeing this mountain behind our cabin in Winthrop all weekend. We finally rallied to the top just in time to catch the sun setting into the clouds and smoke from the Chelan fires. It made for some pretty amazing golden filtered light. I snapped this pic as @treelines_northwest flew by freeriding a loose scree line on his way down the mountain. You don't always need a trail. Good times for sure.
