*The Online PLUS digital subscription does not include the print magazine.

What are the benefits of subscribing?
You’ll receive four issues every year delivered directly to your door while paying less than you would for individual copies at a bookstore or newsstand. In subscribing, you will also support our goal of becoming an entirely subscriber-supported publication which reduces waste and minimizes the carbon footprint that comes with supplying newsstands.

Do subscriptions auto-renew?
Yes, if elected when ordering. Auto-renewing your subscription saves trees, time and money. As a sustaining member we won’t need to send you any physical renewal notices, and you won’t ever need to think about it. Best of all, you’ll never miss an issue. All subscriptions will auto-renew one year from the initial order's purchase date. We will notify you by email before your subscription is due to auto-renew. Should you prefer your subscription not to auto-renew, you can email us at info@freehubmag.com or call (360) 306-5828 to update your account.

How quickly will the first issue go out for a new subscriber?
Your new subscription will begin with the next issue, unless you choose to add the current issue. The schedule for our four 2021 issues are as follows:

Issue / Ships
Issue 12.1 | Early March
Issue 12.2 | Early May
Issue 12.3 | Mid July
Issue 12.4 | Early September

If you want to receive the current issue you may purchase it by adding it to your subscription (pending availability). For domestic orders, delivery typically takes 5-10 business days to arrive once the order is completed.

I’m a subscriber, but the new issues sometimes get to the bike shops or bookstores first, why is that?
We fully understand that as a subscriber it’s nice to get your magazine before anyone else can get their hands on it. We ship subscriber several days before it becomes available on newsstands and in bike shops with the aim of getting it to you the same week that is goes on sale.

My subscription has ended. How do I renew?
You can extend or renew your subscription at any time by contacting our Customer Service team by emailing info@freehubmag.com or by calling (360) 306-5828 to speak with a member. If your subscription is set to automatically renew you don’t need to take any further action to keep receiving issues of Freehub Magazine and to access all content on freehubmag.com. Your card will charge when you are set to auto-renew.
