Adam Haynes: Artist Bio (2011 Freehub Illustrator)

Adam Haynes will continue his ridiculously awesome illustration work for Freehub Magazine's Fall cover! As a way to better showcase the cover artists body of work, we (Freehub Magazine) will contract 1 artist a year to illustrate our bi-annual covers. Finishing up this year's artwork is Adam Haynes of Bend, Oregon! We can't wait to share the new illustration and cover with all of you readers!

About Adam:

Adam is a freelance illustrator based in Bend, OR. Born and raised in the foothills of the Central Oregon Cascades, he gained an early appreciation for the rural lifestyle and the outdoors. Although primarily a commercial illustrator, Adam manages to put together a few art shows every year. His work is heavily influenced by his locale, and his acrylic paintings are inspired by the colorful landscapes and eclectic possessions of the local population. Adam stays busy with various freelance illustration projects including work for Nike 6.0, Gnu Snowboards, Fuel TV, ESPN, Quiksilver, Tonka, Timberland, Wired Magazine, Freehub Magazine, and local Bend brewer Deschutes Brewery.
