Our first gut reactions? Refreshing. Logical. Strong. Durable. And Powerful.

Shimano Saint delivers first rate DH, and we love it. Through our five month test period on the 2013 Saint Groupo, we beat and battered all types of terrain putting the drivetrain, brakes, and wheels through the grinder. It didn’t take NASA spec’d carbon composites to win our hearts over, just the precision and durability found in Shimano Saint.

Originating in 2003, Shimano Saint embraces a “Pure Gravity” design philosophy with a clear focus on the rigors of downhill racing. The groupo is positioned to go big with durability and functionality in mind. Saint is more concerned with longevity, less concerned about shaving grams. The 2013 system is exclusively 1x10.
