Alfred E. Bike has been serving the Kalamazoo area since 1972. It was founded and remains owned by the Stevenson family. For nearly thirty years it has been a part of the local biking community — from its sporting event door-prize donations to its involvement with local non-profit organizations.
Our full-service workshop specializes in custom frame and wheel building, using quality components from Shimano, Chris King, Campagnolo, Syntace, Control Tech, and more.

less than desirable
The staff seemed too cool to assist me when I went in the door. But after 15 minutes I was finally greeted. My salesman did not seem to know any answers to my questions or how to get them either. Being new to town, and the closest shop to my place, I decided to leave the bike there and have the work done. Three days later it was done. Fast and priced right. First ride, however, the left crank arm fell off and I almost went down really hard. I have since taken my business elsewhere.
