Overview
The Transition TR 250 finds a unique niche as a fully capable, short travel DH rig with exquisite adjustability offering versatility that strays from the pure DH race bike and finds a “do-it-all freeride” style box. Looking at a weekend in steeps of the PNW or the Italian alps? Slack that head tube to 64° to keep you from hitting the ejector button. Track standing the start line of your next DH race? Get the full 7”inch travel by changing the inset in the rocker-arm. Shuttling some tight and twisty? Shorten that chainstay to 16.9”. Or leave all default settings from the day you bought it, ride the piss out of it and smile every time. Designed soak up big hits without sacrificing playfulness, the TR 250 is a DH/Freeride Quiver Killer. Since its inception in 2002, Transition has continued to make a line of high quality bikes that riders/racers love, all across the globe.
