Freehub Magazine – Part / Full Time Web position
Title: Website Director and Operations Manager
Hours: 20 – 40 HRS/WEEK
Payment: $14.75 / HR
Payment Schedule: Bi-Weekly

Freehub Media is looking for a hard working bike enthusiast that loves to ride, share and promote their love of bikes. This is a part / full time offering with flexible hours and bike related job perks!

Job Duties: Freehub is seeking to build and develop a strong web presence that will not only compliment the print publication, but further develop the one-of-a-kind stories, product and experience that is shared by Freehub Media. The main focus of this position will be to build / develop the website content, manage and foster the advertiser relationships with our web based ad platform, track and record the analytics to ad campaigns, stories, user engagement and social media. The position will also utilize and develop Marketing initiatives through print and web to captivate and build a loyal audience while maintaining daily content and news on the site. The Director will also help develop new features / tools for the website in addition to expanding existing and new partnerships with bike related businesses, media outlets, and community oriented channels.

The position will also entail helping on other tasks and projects around the office, so a well rounded and easy-going candidate is necessary.

Qualifications:
-Works well with other team members
-Self-Motivated and Creative
-Organized and Dependable
-Good task management / Multi-tasking
-Bachelors Degree from College, University or Trade School
-Must have minor knowledge of web based PHP platforms
-Must have minor knowledge in Adobe CS programs
-Interest and knowledge of the bike industry / products
-Friendly and outgoing to manage client relationships

90-Day Review:
Upon a 90 day review, both parties will take a look at the job and duties to better produce and develop the position / workflow. After the first 90 days, the Director will be under review for a $.50 – $1.00 wage increase per hour based upon the first 3 months of work.
